Not the same measurement as described

I ordered 8x22x8 mm bearing and it was not 8 but 8.06 and was too loose to use. Why does earring Canada use expedited shipping on a $4 bearing that end up costing $10 to ship. I returned the bearings which cost me a stamp and it was returned same time as who they shipped it. For now I’m going to Amazon, free returns and proper products.
