It took two weeks for me to receive the order including processing time. When it finally arrived, one set of bearings was missing entirely. I had to call Bearings Canada to find out what happened. Apparently, you never had them in stock. But whoever was in the warehouse didn't notify anyone that those items weren't available or weren't being put in my box to ship. The customer service rep whom I dealt with was unapologetic and unable to refer me to a company who could provide me with the bearing you didn't have. I then had to resource this particular bearing on my own and wait for it to arrive - another two weeks.
Bearings Canada has a very unprofessional work ethic.
