There were only about 5 balls out of 20 in one of the caster's swivel and it was very rough, which made it harder to manoeuvre the chair in close quarters. Your product solved this. There were 200+ left over, but with home care duties I did not have time to look around for a bike store that carries them, and as well because my friend is aged and has lung problems I don't like to take the TTC much during this corona virus situation for fear of bringing home an infection. So thank you very much.
