I'd recommend that you offer a kit with an extra ball screw and end blocks as CNC machines this large are usually designed with two ball screws for the Y-axis, one ball screw for the gantry on the X-axis, and another ball screw for the Z-axis. I didn't realize this when I first ordered, and had to make a second trip from Ottawa to pick up the  extra ball screw.  Having both options would allow buyers a choice.
