I ordered 9 bearings but only 8 shipped , the shipping advice stated 9 bearings ordered 8 bearings shipped. nothing was mentioned of the 9th bearing, no notice of when it would ship,no email nothing, when I called customer service I was told it would ship the same evening, a week later(4weeks after original order) I called again customer service, talked to the same lady as the previous week , she tels me she will check on the status of my order and she'd call me in an hour, four hours later no call so I called again to talk to an answering machine that said they where closed for a civic holiday (the only civic holiday was three weeks before ) so I called the next day and the lady now tels me the bearing i was looking for would ship from their US division and it would take another week for me to receive. I was credited the price of the bearing but had to pay custom fee since it shipped from the states .
