Your shipping cost of approximately $40 on a $8 item are and were out of line. Before I placed the order to buy, I asked you to change the method to something more cost effective.

You sent back a computer acknowledgment of my request then proceeded to charge me the original amount and activate the order. If I had expected that you would do nothing about the situation I would not have continued with the purchase.

You need to do two things:

1. Review your customer feedback process. It is a â€œprocessâ€ in name only, and

2. Re-engineer shipping. It is not cost effective for the customer.

Bearing is awesome would have been nice to have some instruction or a quick tutorial video to show how to actually build a turntable. For me was not overly difficult as I am pretty handy however I know that many people are not.

Having said that my purpose for the bearing was to build a turntable to set my smart tv on. I love it because I set my Bose 300 sound bar underneath an can rotate my TV whether I'm in bed or sitting at my computer, looks awesome now and so convenient.
