I was building a couple large Lazy SusanÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s for our new kitchen. I spoke with the customer rep who advised which bearings would work best. The price was good and they arrived as promised. very noisy and flimsy, unsuitable for its intended application. Further, the company keeps bugging me with emails even though I " unsubscribed" I wish I hadn't purchased from them and nver will again!

I did not get her name but I wanted to single out the lady that took my phone call to correct my error in ordering.
I chose the 'pickup at store' option thinking that being in Canada you might have had an outlet / dealer in Quebec.
When I called to query my order status I was made aware of my mistake.
I appreciated the calm and efficiency with which she dispatched me...even though she was very pointed on my error initially... but that done, she moved on to the task at hand and that was to just get the bearings to me WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST!!
Thanks a lot, was much appreciated.

Perfect for my job...used with a 3 in Lazy Susan Bearing for a motorcycle turn-table. Works perfectly.
In the description would like to have dimensions for holes.
