My experience to date has been very good. I was able to locate a bearing of the kind and size I required for use in this particular application. I placed the order and submitted it, confirmed the availability of the bearing with a sales representative, and received the bearings, as ordered, about one week later. The bearings look great, but I presently can't speak to their quality, function, or durability, as we have not put them into service as yet, pending some custom machine work required to house the bearings in their final location. Once we have them in place for a year or more, we will have a much better idea just how good the product was, and whether my rating above was appropriate, all things considered.
